Shipping policy
Delivery locations
We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote areas, Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/email with your AWB number. You can use this to track your order in real time. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Delayed or lost shipments
WHTLPRD is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions. However, if your order is not delivered within 10 business days from the dispatch date, please reach out to us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. Items purchased during sale or at a discount are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.
